What Materials do you use?
We use high quality renewable materials such as Lyocell bamboo. The vast majority of bamboo apparel on the market are made from viscose or rayon, but these materials use environmentally damaging chemicals. Lyocell bamboo requires a much gentler processing of the fiber and allows the processing chemicals to be recycled and reused. This is transposed by an unequaled sensation in the legendary softness of bamboo. We combine 95% Bamboo Lyocell with 5% Spandex to provide maximum durability and flexibility to free your body in every movement.
What are the Sizes and the "Fit" of the T-shirts?
We offer from Small/Petit to 3X Large in all of our BTECH training T-shirts. Also, each of the photos of the products is joined by the model's measurement indicator. Generally, we use the True to size designator; meaning the Large is similar to the majority of large size t-shirt on the market. However, if you like a tighter fit, we suggest you opt for a size below your usual size.
Where do your products come from?
Our BTECH training t-shirts are made in China and Pakistan in high-end factories, which respect the rights and freedoms of its workers. We are committed to making a difference in these countries, where access to employment is more difficult than in Canada, by only doing business with manufacturers with international certifications ensuring respect for workers and human rights.

Deliveries and returns
What are the delivery delays ?
Our packages are labelled the same day or the next working day. We offer an approximation of 3 to 5 working days for the delivery of the package with the standard delivery option
How much the shipping costs ?
We have a flat rate of $5.99 for standard delivery and we offer free shipping, with purchases of $99 or more, at all times.
Could I return my item ?
You can return your items within 30 days from the day you received the package. For more information about our return policies, you can consult the return policy page
Do you charge return fees on items ?
If the item has not been worn (more than one fitting), has not been washed and is in new condition, we pay the return costs. You can follow the procedure on the return policy page
Can I exchange my T-shirt for another size ?
Unfortunately, we cannot make an exchange as such. However, you can place a second order and return your first for a refund.
How do refunds work ?
When you return your item and we receive it, we'll assess whether it's in new condition – don’t be afraid, if you've only tried it on, there won't be any issues. At this time, your payment method used will be credited with the amount of the order.

Environment
Are you eco-responsible ?
We take concrete steps to always minimize our environmental impact. From the material to the transport, to the personnel working with us, to the packaging; we seek to demonstrate that it is possible to respect the environment without compromising on performance, all at an affordable price.
What actions are you taking for the environment ?
We choose sustainable and environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo lyocell which is extracted from bamboo with recycled products and softer than classic viscose. We do business with high-end manufacturers with international certifications of respect for workers. Our clothes are sewn in China since our bamboo is grown there, and their extraction technologies are more advanced than in Canada. In addition, our packaging is 100% compostable. Furthermore, we're in the process of becoming an official 1% for the planet partner.
Could you do more for the environment ?
Obviously ! Every day is a new challenge that we overcome. Being a start-up , we tend towards B Corp certification in our first 3 years. It's a big challenge, but we want, year after year, to take a step forward to ensure that we will always be intentional in respecting our planet.

Performance
Are your T-shirts breathable ?
Our BTECH T-shirts are light, soft, antibacterial and breathe better than cotton or polyester. Our materials are an almost perfect mix between lightness, durability, comfort and breathability of the material.
Are your T-shirts flexible | Elastic ?
Our combination of bamboo Lyocell with premium spandex provides boundless stretch. It does not choke, it does not lose its shape. You have to wear it to fully understand it!
Will my T-shirt last over time ?
We put it to the test and after 1 year of continuous washing, the t-shirt is still in the same quality standards as when it started.
