You have 30 days from the date you received the item to contact us. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. During these 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item free of charge; if it has not been washed, damaged in any way, or shows signs of wear. If this is the case, we will deduct $15 from the refund for shipping costs. 

 

Note that Horizon cannot exchange a product. You will need to place another order and we will process your return and refund you when we receive and evaluate the returned item.

FOR ORGANIZATION SHOPS

Any orders placed on our online store by organizations can be exchanged for another size, but cannot be returned. We reserve the right to modify or accept exceptions in accordance with our terms. Sales are considered final. In the event that the order exceeds the amount required to qualify for free shipping and you choose to return the order, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund, provided that an exception has been granted by Horizon and the return has been been accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping or returning the item at their expense to the warehouse specified by Horizon for the participating organization.
