You have 30 days from the date you received the item to contact us. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. During these 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item free of charge; if it has not been washed, damaged in any way, or shows signs of wear. If this is the case, we will deduct $15 from the refund for shipping costs. 

 

Note that Horizon cannot exchange a product. You will need to place another order and we will process your return and refund you when we receive and evaluate the returned item.

FOR ORGANIZATION SHOPS

Any orders placed on our online store by organizations can not be exchanged neither be returned. We reserve the right to modify or accept exceptions in accordance with our terms. Sales are considered final.
